Long Island is one of the many out islands, or family islands, as they are called, of the Bahamas. Photos will paint the best picture of this island!

What a neat city –  lots of touristy places to see. . .

different foods to try. . . Like Ramen in Japantown. . .

And a nature is just a hop, skip and a jump away!

We happened to visit about the time the recent fires were burning but we had fun exploring in spite of them.  My heart goes out to all those impacted by the fires and I will need to make another trip out to Sonoma and Napa to visit those communities as they rebuild.
